Since I opened up a week ago I have had numerous international sales. Several to Canada, one to China and Switzerland and a couple to the UK. Unfortunately sales to the UK will be halted for the time being.
With the changes to the UK due to Brexit and the requirements for non UK companies to collect and pay VAT, I will have to temporarily stop sales to the United Kingdom. My understanding is that packages entering the UK that don't have the VAT info in place/on them will be rejected and returned to sender.
I need to get setup for VAT collection and until I have that in place, I won't be able to sell there.
