USB4AMI  - USB Controller & Mouse Adapter for Amiga, C64, and Atari!

Bring your modern USB gamepads, joysticks and mice to your classic computer. USB4AMI plugs directly into your Amiga, Commodore 64, or Atari's joystick port and instantly makes your favorite USB gamepad or mouse work!

2 Versions available: You can purchase USB4AMI by itself, or with a male USB-A to USB-A cable for firmware updates. Tip: If you buy more than one, you only need one cable. So save yourself a couple bucks and get just one with a cable if you don't already own a USB-A to A male cable.

Supports:

  • Commodore Amiga (all models, including CD32 console)
  • Commodore 64 (original and Ultimate), Commodore 128
  • Atari ST, Atari Falcon, Atari 8-bit computers
  • MEGA 65 (both C64 1351 Mouse and Amiga mouse for A500 core)
  • Others that follow the standard Atari style pinout
  • See manual link below for full list of supported and unsupported platforms

Works with the vast majority of USB HID controllers or mice

  • Full CD32 7-button support with automatic detection on Amiga
  • C1351 proportional mouse emulation on C64 and MEGA65
  • Quadrature mouse emulation on Amiga and Atari
  • Turbo fire with hardware timer
  • Adjustable live mouse DPI (1–8x), saved per platform
  • Up-as-Jump mapped to button 2 profile for games that use Up to jump
  • Platform selection via BOOTSEL button - settings saved across power cycles!
  • Easy user experience that doesn't require you to edit cryptic INI files or memorize pressing and holding certain buttons combos at power on
  • Built on RP2354A micro controller and Joypad OS framework
  • Easy firmware updates -  Connect via male USB-A to A cable and drag and drop
  • Small and compact size - Fits tight spots like the bottom of the Atari ST and both ports on the Amiga 600!
