Big changes at Retro Frog!
Posted by Todd Gill on
Hi all! I have partnered with Stone Age Gamer to start selling Retro Frog products. I will be getting away from direct sales through my website. Why the change? That's easy to answer. I have outgrown my ability to ship orders in a timely fashion. If I want to keep expanding my business, I need to either come up with a way to have more than 24 hours in a day, or offload some of the work to a third party. I have been shipping 350+ orders a month for the better part of the last year and it...
UK Sales available via Lee Smith's Workshop

Due to Brexit and the crazy UK VAT requirements, I have largely been unable to service the UK market. I do have some of my designs on eBay and they can ship via the Global Shipping program, however folks end up paying a lot more for them due to the double shipping charge. One charge from me to the distribution center, and then another from there to the UK. And then VAT on top of that. So unless someone wanted to buy a bunch of stuff, it didn't make sense for them. Today I am happy to announce that I have partnered up with Lee...
Retro Frog 2021 year in review! Plus future plans.

Hi everyone, Todd here. 2021 has been a whirlwind year for Retro Frog. When I started Retro Frog in December 2020 just 2 weeks before Christmas, I wasn't sure what kind of success I would have. I quickly followed up with the Xbox 70mm Nexus fan adapter later that month. Sales were good and showed that the idea for my own shop had some legs. Fast forward...
Wholesale pricing for installers/modders
Posted by Todd Gill on
While most of my orders have been for smaller quantities, a product or two, I have had a couple orders with multiple items including one for 8 Gamecube 40mm adapters. I hadn't really thought about wholesale pricing up until that point. So if you are looking to purchase a bulk quantity, please reach out via the Contact page and I will get back to you with a quote. -Todd
UK Sales halted (for now)
Posted by Todd Gill on
Since I opened up a week ago I have had numerous international sales. Several to Canada, one to China and Switzerland and a couple to the UK. Unfortunately sales to the UK will be halted for the time being. With the changes to the UK due to Brexit and the requirements for non UK companies to collect and pay VAT, I will have to temporarily stop sales to the United Kingdom. My understanding is that packages entering the UK that don't have the VAT info in place/on them will be rejected and returned to sender. I need to get...
